Out Thinking Pvt Ltd ("we", "our", "us") operates the VedaScope mobile application (the "App"), available on iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

VedaScope allows you to add multiple profiles (family members, friends, partners). For each additional profile, the same categories of information listed above (name, date/time/place of birth) are collected. You represent and warrant that you have obtained the necessary consent from any third party whose personal data you provide to us.
When you use our Palm Reading or Face Reading features, you may capture or upload an image of your palm or face. With your explicit per-use consent, the image is transmitted over an encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection to our private servers and then to our third-party AI processor, Google Gemini (Google LLC), solely to generate your requested reading. Images are never stored on our servers or in any database — each image is processed transiently and is automatically and permanently deleted immediately after the AI response is generated. We do not create or store any biometric identifier, faceprint, palmprint, or template, and these images are never used to identify you, never used for advertising or to train AI models, and never sold or shared with any other third party.
Face Data (Face Reading Feature): When you choose to use the Face Reading feature, you may submit a photo of your face. With your explicit per-use consent, the image is transmitted over an encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection to our private servers and to our third-party AI processor, Google Gemini (Google LLC), solely to generate your requested face-reading result. We do not use facial recognition and do not create or store any biometric identifier, faceprint, or face template. Your face image is never used to identify you, never used for advertising or to train AI models, and never sold or shared with any other third party. The image is processed transiently and is automatically and permanently deleted immediately after your result is generated; it is not stored on our servers. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app.

Google processes this data on our behalf under our agreement with Google and is contractually required to protect it to an equivalent standard. As stated in Google's Gemini API Terms of Service, data submitted via the Gemini API is not used to train or improve Google's AI models. Data is processed and then discarded after each request; images are never stored.
Before your data is sent to Google Gemini for the first time in each feature (chat, palm reading, face reading), you are shown an in-app consent screen and must agree before any data is transmitted.
We retain your personal information (name, birth details, profile data) for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
